The Board of Directors (BOD) is made up of elected members who represent the chapter and the interests of its members. They serve a two-year term, with two members elected in odd-numbered years and three members elected in even-numbered years, ensuring ongoing continuity.

Key responsibilities include responsibly managing the affairs of the eChapter, serving as committee chairs or liaisons, and playing a vital role in passing motions and other measures that support the well-being of the chapter.
