This program is designed for the educator who wants to explore an alternative way of providing Learner-Centered Education using in classroom simulation. 2-Minute Simulation allows the educator to engage participants in the learning process by focusing their attention on the concepts needed to be assimilated, encouraging them to practice higher-level critical thinking skills during their didactic presentation, enabling them to provide a more meaningful learning experience. This offering is a facilitated PowerPoint with imbedded video vignettes of 2-minute simulation in use.

I work for Clinical Learning Patient Care Simulation Lab developing simulation curriculum and conducting simulation scenarios for a large multi-entity hospital system. I am a member of INACSL, SSH, ANPD and AORN. I hold certifications in Nursing Professional Development, Perioperative nursing, and simulation.
